Johnson is the absolute best!!! She hustles to get the job done I’ve NEVER been more impressed with an agent. In this housing market that we are currently in you need someone to be on top of it and she MOST DEFINITELY IS! She talks to where you are at, meaning if you’re not very real estate smart she will make sure you understand the process every step of the way and she is up front and honest about properties she shows you! I had a very bad experience with this real estate agency because they were soo racist the real estate agent took my application held on to it for two weeks, lied to me making me think he was going to help me, then he told me on the phone after I called and emailed several times that he gave the rental property to his colleague instead and if I wanted my application to not come in the office to pick it up on the outside in his mailbox even tho the office was open, and this is the office on Main Street in Conway SC. I have proof. I never felt so degraded.

I have been renting a home through Kingston properties for about a year now, and I will say that they are one of the most unprofessional management companies I have dealt with. The landlord comes at inappropriate times, with no warning or regard to our daily lives. In addition, he is often delayed when dealing with maintenance reports. Overall, this has been a terrible experience, and I will never be dealing with David or Kingston Properties again.

If you are thinking about Kingston for HOA management, forget it. They do very little for the money they are paid. They can't even return phone calls from the people that are paying them. As of today they are not doing a thing for the money.
