I put in a maintenance request on 11/19/2024 that was “received” by management but still have NOT had my problem fixed. I have called and or requested a status update every other day if not every day and still NOTHING! I can’t leave a message because it says mailbox is full.
I don’t understand how they can send me multiple emails after the day I requested maintenance; about rent increases and or paying my rent, but I can’t get a simple email or a call about my maintenance request.

Be very careful I was charged an admin fee and application fee and called multiple times to check the status with no answer. This company seems more like a scam.

Be careful working with them. They told me my deposit would be $200 then it was $1000. Then I paid to move in early today and now I’m locked out because they gave me the wrong key.

Epic Property Management has been unresponsive to our maintenance request since July 2024 when my roommates and I moved in. To this day, no one has been by to assess any of our concerns. (This includes a leak)
