The complex as a whole is beautiful and my mother absolutely love it there, but the new site supervisor, Tinesha Keve is very unprofessional and have absolutely no customer service skill to be dealing with that older community of people. The way I was spoken to very the phone (while my mother was also on the line) was horrible. The property is lovely but that new site supervisor needs to be fired. I wouldn't want anyone like that representing my company.
