Mrs. Angie is our realtor here in Clarendon County and I absolutely adore her she takes very good care of us., she will not steer anybody wrong. She has been nothing but helpful with the relocation to Clarendon County. I am very happy to have a honest realtor to work with. Since she’s from the area she has shared school information from her experience, food shopping, neighborhoods and many other information that helped make our relocation so much easier.

Just a FYI when relocating find a realtor that is born and raised in the area you are buying, they know all the ins and outs. Just friendly advice we learned the hard way.

I sent an email inquiring about a rental property 5 days ago and have not received any response. Called rental office and got answering machine. I then called another number listed on their website but that is apparently the real estate office and the woman who answers quickly gave me the number for the rental office I already called. When I informed her of this she gave me the cell number of the property manager Dallas. I called that number and no one answered. I then called the rental office again to leave a message. I figured leaving a message would be fruitless as they don’t respond to emails as I stated earlier but did so anyway. The answering machine mailbox was full and I could not leave a message. The woman at the real estate agent office I spoke to stated that I could apply online but I told her I needed to know the income requirements for the property (which she didn’t know). Without knowing that I could apply for the property not knowing I didn’t meet the income requirements and waste my application fee. Very unprofessional offices and they seem like they are in the business of collecting application fees without actually trying to rent any properties SCAM!!!!

Sylvia McCabe is the nicest agent (Sumter) I ever had. We bought a house from her and currently selling our old house and we already closing after 3 months on the market. I made a very good friend out of this. She’s definitely not a agent she’s a friend you make for life when finding a family home. Thank you Sylvia for everything, Sugi.
