This company lied and discriminated against me because I had section 8 and kept my application fee in the amount of $45! Samantha allowed me to submit a application on an apartment that was already rented! I AM HIGHLY UPSET AND EMOTIONAL DISTRESS ABOUT THIS SITUATION! I applied for an rental apartment. On 12/20/23. I was told that NO OTHER APPLICATION was processing on this apartment which led me to believe that my application was the first application submitted. I did not receive any response back regarding my application after I submitted it. I had to reach out to Samantha myself to ask her what was the status of my application. Her response seemed as if she was not familiar with me or the fact that I even submitted an application. I contacted her on 12/28/23 to get an update on my application and she said the apartment has already been rented. It’s no way I submitted my application on 12/20/23 and the following week someone else was already in the apartment if no other application was submitted. I was specifically told that no one else submitted a application. This lady allowed me to submit an application on an apartment that was already filled. I requested for my application fee back NO RESPONSE! I will be filing a lawsuit against this company come tue Jan 2, 2023 and have their records summon to the courts! Sometimes we as black people can not continue to let companies get away with the wrongful evil things that they do! I will take this as far as I need it to go if I have to! Because why lie if you already knew before I submitted my application THAT ANOTHER APPLICANT ALREADY HAD THE APARTMENT! She should have been honest instead of lying just to get an application fee. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Fair Housing of Sc. I want my application fee back or I will sue for that amount plus emotional distress. I was giving false information it’s not right what this company did and maybe doing to others ! I feel I was treated as if I was a non-factor! They received my application took my application fee and tossed my application that’s EXACTLY HOW I FEEL!

Samantha was HUGE help for us when it came to buying a piece of land. Long story short, it pays to have a good realtor that knows what they are doing and what to do and what not to do. We learned what not to do, and that was trying to buy real estate without a realtor and we learned a very big lesson! Once we got with Samantha, she made it easy and smooth when buying and gave us great advice! HIGHLY recommend Samantha Carter!!!!

Kimberly is a very professional realtor. She has done a great job selling our fixer-upper type houses. It is not always easy to find buyers for these houses, but Kimberly is very patient and communicative. I enjoy working with her.
