my wife and I found Jay through family, and was vary Fortunate to have had him as our realtor! He took any preference in location and house type and did his very best to make sure we had options to work with and was very transparent with how well each place would work for us or not. Several houses that seemed perfect from our untrained eye turned out to not work with our budget and he always kept that real. On the house we did end up closing on it took a long time due to out of state bank issues and he still kept on top of it and accommodated any questions and kept us up to date on how everything was going amongst a difficult seller.
