Kenny and Donna were amazing, and their communication throughout the home-buying process was exceptional. They didn't sugarcoat anything and told me exactly what I needed to do. I listened, and as a result, I was able to secure my loan.

Although the underwriting process was a bit annoying and stressful, I understand that it's a necessary step. The underwriters required additional information, which I provided.
