Stayed in Live Oak Villas. Quiet secluded area of Seabrook. It’s exactly what I was looking for! Condo was very clean! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Special thanks to the housekeeping staff & Seabrook Exclusives staff. I left my rings on the night stand. My brother was able to stop by & pick them up. Job well done on all fronts!

Great location and have stayed at Pelican Watch before. Easy walk to Beach and great view. However 1347 Pelican Watch was not as nice as other units we have stayed in. The unit is dog friendly and there is a hefty charge for cleaning but not sure for what. This unit had a slight “doggy odor” and the carpet in the bedroom was filthy. Unit should be better cleaned between guests and needs a deep cleaning. The unit is also tired looking with old bathrooms, toilets too low to floor, old appliances , worn furnishings and a small tv in living area. Sub standard in our opinion and there are better choices in this area.

Near beach access or boardwalk to ocean
House had many issues that are unacceptable at the current rental rate
First, the screen porch was dirty and in disrepair
One of the screens was so badly torn it literally flapped in the wind
There was an active hornets nest on the house that prevented use of the deck
The screen from the master bedroom to the upstairs deck was also torn
The deck furniture all had green mold algae growing on the cushions
The upstairs bathroom sink was not attached to the cabinet
Plus the cabinet was not attached to the wall!!!!
No attention to detail and proper maintenance!!!

The unit delivers on promised views and location. While the promotional photos depict otherwise, we found the unit finishes, furnishings and mechanicals tired, worn and in need of attention and/or replacement. There was a constant drip in the primary bathroom sink. Lights on dimmers flicker as the dimmer switch types are not appropriate for fixture and bulb types. Paint on walls and baseboards are scuffed and in dire need of repainting. Kitchen appliances are at or near end of life (oven drawer falls out in the floor each time you open it, fridge/freezer run constantly, dishwasher runs very loudly and with intermittent squeals) and the garbage disposal is equally out of sorts. When we attempted to use the clothes washer/dryer we found the dryer in a dangerous state with an enormous buildup of lint. We did contact the management company about the most disconcerting and safety needs (dryer and lights); they immediately sent the property team to address (efficiently and promptly). They also addressed the leaky primary bathroom sink. While we loved location and views we likely would not rent this property again unless there was a demonstrated level of attention and commitment to investment in overall condition and function of the space. We were pleased that the property management team managed the safety concerns in a timely manner.

When I vacation on Seabrook Island, I leave it up to the knowledgeable and friendly staff at Seabrook Exclusives! Many types of properties to accommodate 1 or more people. I have stayed at various locations throughout the island each with their own character. For the times my pup joins me I have the option of very clean pet friendly properties.
Entrance to Seabrook Island is through a security gate, your name will be left with the security guard prior to your arrival. Very convenient, along with receiving the key in the mail. It is a safe environment for your children to ride bikes or taking walks to observe the wildlife that can be seen. There are plenty of paths that lead to the sea. Let us not forget the Clubhouse and its amenities. Swimming pool, gym, horseback riding, tennis, golf and two restaurants.
Once you arrive at your Villa, home, condo, you open the door to a clean and cool accommodation. Your toiletries and cleaning supplies are stocked, I do recommend stopping for groceries on your drive in. There is a Harris Teeter at the round about. A good handful of tasty restaurants around if you prefer eating out. I will definitely be back and book my stay with Seabrook Exclusives.

I have had the pleasure to vacation on Seabrook Island through Seabrook Exclusives many times. It is one of my favorite places to visit made all the better by this top notice vacation rental agency. Every time I call about a new or existing reservation, I am met with a delightful call agent that works to ensure my stay is as enjoyable as the last. These are genuine people that truly understand the travel industry as well as the island itself. I have been frustrated in the past speaking with big booking agencies that have agents that are clearly reading from a script and want to get me off the phone as quick as possible. I can confidently say that is quite the opposite with Seabrook Exclusives. When working and vacationing with them, I am happy to report my stay has always been fostered by a dynamic team of dedicated individuals working to make my time on the island unforgettable and stress free. I recommend all others to check out Seabrook Exclusives' offerings next time they want to make a trip to the lowcountry.

Luxury condominium on the beach, this Seabrook Island vacation rental was outstanding in every way. The beach front rental had a view to the beach both private and expansive, it was easy to forget we were just minutes by walk, bike or drive to relaxing dining and all the beach vacation activities we could think of. The condo had a full kitchen, cozy bedrooms and great bathrooms The decorations were up-to-date and the place was cleaner than just about any place I have ever stayed. We could walk out our private deck right onto the beach dunes and down to the beach. We even saw DEER right outside the back porch. How awesome was that?

This was a dream vacation! The panoramic ocean views and pristine beach just a few steps away provided the perfect getaway for our family. The Beach Club's pools and restaurants are a superb amenity.
Seabrook Exclusives was on top of everything - from a trip to the grocery store to stock the kitchen before our arrival to a quick repair when AC went out. They were accommodating and available for all of our needs. We will definitely be renting with SE again and returning to this gorgeous island!
