Chris was so easy to work with through the whole buying process. We are so grateful our realtor, Stacey Turner, recommended him. He was always available, even when he was on his family vacation! (Sorry Chris! We didn’t know you were on vacay!) 🤣

My wife and I had been looking at houses for a few months in preparation for our upcoming relocation from Tokyo Japan back home to Fort Worth Texas. As we got closer to the move and started getting ready to select a home, we reached out to Chris at Mortgage to get our pre-approval completed and everything ready to put in an offer. We initially put in an offer on a home that we did not contract on due to multiple offers. Chris however had all of the paperwork ready and was standing by to "pull the trigger". After that offer didn't work out he quickly adjusted back to "stand by". We ended up adjusting our price range to better meet the market demand for the housing need we had and Chris and team rapidly made changes to all of the authorizations and approvals to allow us flexibility in our search. When we did finally find a home that we wanted and reached an agreement with the seller Chris and team were completely on top of everything. We were able to get all final paperwork completed and close on our house from out of the country in Japan! Everything was seamless and Chris was in constant communication on all of the steps in the process with my wife and I. The time difference of Tokyo being +13 hours from Texas time was not a hinderance as Chris made himself available in the evenings for calls and question and answer sessions to work with our schedule. I can not recommend this team enough. Outstanding purchasing experience. 10/10 will use again!
