Your website is a joke, it doesn't work. My dad got a letter about avoiding a fee, he calls the phone# gets a machine saying use our website. The website wasn't on the letter so how do you contact anybody?! Sounds to me like everybody is avoiding talking to the public that they are "supposed" to serve. How about trying a little harder, please.

Idk who I just called and talked to. I literally answered the phone told the lady who I was and the question I had. She answered quickly and bluntly. Even though she had a nasty attitude about DOING HER JOB, I told her thank you so much and she proceeded with a mmmhmm and hung up. It was possibly the worst phone experience I ever had.
