From the start, he has been responsive to all my questions and concerns, always honest and upfront about what needed to be done and what I should expect along the way.

Jesse exceeded expectations by finding tenants within just a few days /weeks. He kept me updated on progress weekly, ensuring I was always in the loop. His fees are reasonable and in line with other property management companies in the area.

Jessee was a lifesaver to me. I didn’t really know anything about Airbnb or but I wanted to rent out my Lake house to help pay the taxes and he kind of took me by the hand and took care of everything. He’s got the cleaning crew. I haven’t had any complaints from our tenants And we booked it a lot more than I expected to. And the greatest thing is the renters don’t even know who I am and they don’t even talk to me so he takes. He takes care of everything. He makes it really easy.

Put in an application then called and texted repeatedly to see if there was anything else I needed to do. I was told no. I then called again and thanked them for being patient and working with us because we were not in control of getting them the RTA form we needed to give them. In that same call I informed them that we had finally gotten the form and if I could set up a meet for them to sign the form. I was told to send it through email insinuating everything was ok. I also sent a text informing them I’d sent over the form around 10am. I then was told they would review it only to get an email maybe 8 hours later saying that they’d taken another application. Not to mention I’d spoken with him the day before confirming that I would have the form the next morning. This exchange has taken place over the course of 2 weeks with our last interaction being just Monday when I called about emailing over the form. Had he told me someone else had gotten the home I would’ve understood. But to tell me the day of through email when you could’ve just told me that during the phone call the day before is just cruel. I get it’s a business but that’s poor business etiquette.

Update: Your agent never once told me she was still taking applications. I was told someone their pulled application 3 separate times. I was also told that she was the only one working because the other workers were out on spring break. I have all our convos recorded as do you. I also have record of texts and emails. Listen to those calls and see if she mentioned once that there was other applications.

Stephenson Property Group is very easy to work with and allows you to not really think about your rental property. They take care of repairs and only notify you if the cost will be above the amount agreed upon for notification. Payment is prompt, tenants are wonderful, and prices are reasonable. I highly recommend them.

This rating permits only five stars, but I would give them more if that were possible. They've managed a property for me for several years. I'm impressed that even as their company has grown, they have not failed to maintain consistent communication and quality service. I can always count on them to respond promptly, to take care of tenants' needs, and to keep the property rented. I'm glad to have met them. I highly recommend!
