Travis worked with us to find a long term renter for our lake house. He gave us good suggestions as to what we needed to do to make it more presentable to potential renters-all of which paid off. He marketed the house on several venues and screened potential renters. He kept in close contact with us until he located a desirable renter. We couldn’t ask or expect more from a property manager.

My family and I have been renting a house in Newberry County from Travis and Jennifer since July 2021 and the experience has been delightful! From the application and approval process (which was incredibly fast and efficient) to move-in day and routine maintenance throughout our time here has all been smooth. Whenever there has been an issue with anything in the house (and those times have been super rare because they take good care of the property) Travis sends someone within 24 hours or less. He has also always been super responsive when I’ve had questions. And also since we moved here from another state and we’re not familiar with Newberry, he gave us great recommendations including one for a daycare center for our children, which turned out to be the perfect place for them! Our experience with Travis and Jennifer has been pleasant - they are down to earth, fair, considerate, professional and you can see in the way they conduct their business that they have a love for God and His people.🙌🏾 I would recommend them as landlords to anyone. ❤️

Travis and his management company are top notch! He goes above and beyond to accommodate his renters and fix any issues immediately. He installed any outdoor outlet for my Christmas lights within a day, has fixed a plumbing issue within an hour, couldn't ask for better service. He often stops by to treat the yard for weeds and trim the hedges to keep his properties neat and well taken care of. I would highly recommend Travis to anyone looking to rent a safe, reliable, well kept and reasonably priced home!

I reached out to Travis for advice and potentially assistance when I was preparing to offer a house for rent. He was quick to provide valuable consultation and his advice was ready and sound. He asked good questions, gave good insight, and was ready to investiage anything he didn't have an immediate response to. Even though I don't use his service to list my property, my interactions assure me of his excellent work and he would be the first person I'd call if I decided I wanted a property manager.
