Rented from them for a year and they were very easy to work with and always friendly. A few months after I moved out I accidentally shipped two packages there and they were incredibly helpful and took time out of their day to make sure I got my packages. I have rented from Palmetto Residential Rentals for over one year and just renewed our lease. I'm am extremely thankful for Palmetto for various reasons. They have had excellent response to services needed in our home for minor repairs. They have always been quick to respond when leaving a voicemail and communicating via email. They have very competitive/fair rental rates here in the Midlands area. I highly recommend renting from this company

Palmetto Residential is the WORST management company. I have been a homeowner since 2008 and this company has reminded me why I am. They don't even have a website to monitor your activity but will send random email notices. How unprofessional is this!! THEN instead of INITIATING utilitiy services in your name during the start of your lease, they bill you and 4 months later send a notice to transfer services into your name. And will ghost you when you need urgent help to resolve. I am trying to research how to get out of his lease. Beautiful Townhomes that I wish I could pack up and move near my investment property but Palmetto Residential Rentals is the primary reason I will not be renewing with their unprofessionalism and unstructured company. I need early termination information- This management company is GARBAGE!

We rented from them for 2 years and during the move out process, we were sent a move out checklist to complete. I asked if there would be a meeting to review the checklist before our move out to ensure all parties were in agreement on what was taken care of on the list. They do not do not do it and it made me skeptical because anything can happen. . .and it did. They shorted the refund of our deposit and have yet to have any updates on returning that portion of our deposit, it has been since January of this year. I have sent proof of the item being taken care of and even sent copies of emails from a 3rd party about it being taken care of but PRR has YET to respond to us and refund our money. At first I was angry about this, now I am just disappointed because up to this time their customer service was actually good. I just don't understand why anyone won't respond

They’re very easy to deal with, and you never hear from them unless you make a request. They respond to emails almost immediately and I’ve had no issues at all for 3 years.

Wouldn’t recommend trying to rent from this company. It’s a shame too because they have such beautiful homes. Neither Mahala or Kayla are very professional, they don’t try very hard to rent out their homes. Wish I could deal with someone else and maybe I’d actually rent from them!
