Stay far away from this company. Having made the grave mistake of choosing this company for what was significant cost differential from other bids, it was quickly apparent why. They had to be reminded by our old management company twice to set up our utilities. Then they set it up wrong and allowed our electric to be disconnected. We never received important financial documents or invoices for 5 months and when we did it was clear they were not doing their job to properly manage our finances.

After having a CPA look over the books too many egregious errors were uncovered. Currently in touch with different agencies to see what recourse is available.

They claim “God over money”. But IMO there is absolutely nothing Christian or Godly about their business practices.

PMI assumed authority of the Timber Walk subdivision in Simpsonville the year I had just recently purchased a house there. PMI mailed the yearly HOA dues to the house I had purchased. However, I was away from the house during this time. When I returned and retrieved the mail, there was no bill, and of course I would've had no knowledge to look for said Bill.. Because this was a new company I had no information on them to follow up. .
Subsequently, they turned my HOA dues over to collection! YES, Collections!!! A simple public records search would have helped them locate me, however, this would, "Take to much effort", they said. Not sure I want to continue a relationship with this kind of inept management group, but I am only one vote in the HOA.

On October 26,2022 I moved into an apartment that I never even looked at I was told that the pictures online was accurate and to just pay my deposit. This is my first apartment so I never knew anything about moving . This apartment had been broken into and they left it disgusting . I asked to be moved and nothing was done about it , these people just want your money They don’t wanna help you . I would NOT recommend anyone renting from this place at all …

This is the most amazing property management around in the upstate area. They were fast, efficient, and effective. My previous PM had my house listed for 3 months with no tenants. Once I switched over to PMI in 2 days that had a new tenant and they made it happen with a price point that I was impressed with. I will never work with anyone else. Ebony was the best she kept me focus and on my task with daily check in (Something that I need and appreciate) . If you are looking for a PM you have found the best and you can stop your search now!

I’ve been in the area 10+ years.. Pmi upstate is by far the best! We have been renting from them going on 2 yrs! No problems at all! Jevarus, Ebony, and Joseph are a dynamic and consistent team! PMI Upstate continues to be a vital part of our property in Geeenville. They have such a great team who are always available, and call me back when I leave message! They have a great office for our tenants to drop by and make inquiries or payments.Their kind, professional and knowledgeable service keeps our tenants happy, and our investment in great condition! . As well, the systems they use to keep landlords and tenants happy and updated are extremely valuable, including detailed photos, documentation, and effective accounting practices. I can’t stress enough how important their quick and efficient communication has been for us! What a great team!

They left my house a complete pigsty and told me it was clean. I mean absolutely disgusting. I'm pretty sure nobody ever checked on my house. Maybe because they though I was out of state. The dryer vent was so full of lint the house could have caught fire. The heater duct under house wasn't even attached. After the Tennant moved out the whole place was in shambles. They also failed to get me 15days of payment from renter. They claimed I was only allowed $100. The picture is what they call "Clean". Also said no dogs unless it's a very small dog. They allowed renter to have 2 large dogs without checking with me & no pet deposit.
