Went to visit my boyfriend and to my surprise despite being there for months and paying way over what this house is worth the house is still undone and unlivable. There is no fridge, no stove, no working outlets in the living room and half kitchen, no doors on four rooms, no shower, a hole in the wall that leads straight to outside, no towel racks for the bathroom, no central heat/air and so much junk from I guess the last tenant is on the back porch and laundry room to the point he’s not even able install his washer/dryer. The toilets clog up everyday, when the sink is turned on the toilet floods all over the floor as well as seeps into the tub. Nobody has been over here to fix anything. And now the water isn’t working. If something doesn’t get done about this soon he’s gonna have to report this because the only thing they told him was wrong with the house before signing the papers was a broken ceiling fan and a leak and clearly that was a lie. He’s paying money for amenities and basic living needs that’s not being provided to him. It is so unfair to him. He’s so hard working and to take his money and give him an unlivable house in return is ridiculous!

Edit: He has reported this on the website portal 4 times and has spoken to at least 2 people & was told someone is gonna come fix things soon. Nothing has been done other than a fixed leak which is pointless because the water is off. You or your employees haven’t been paying attention cause he has in fact reported on the website portal so I’m confused on how you’re telling me to do something that has already been done. The house is 1037 e Middleton st. He has called & made reports on the site.

If you are in need of a place to stay I highly recommend Brockington property management Mrs Kimberly made this move for me yet the best and hassle free and did her due diligence in making sure that I had the support I needed due to my unfortunate past experiences.They made sure to communicate with me during the entire process and answered any questions I had, as well as having extremely friendly staff(Mrs Pamela is far by the best even after my move 30 days later she checked in to make sure I was comfortable she went over and beyond for me I greatly appreciate her for that They give me peace of mind during this move not to mention also having some beautiful homes I look forward to continuing to do business with this company for all my home needs

Mrs Brockington is a very good sales person. After signing the contract. My experience with Mrs Brockington was all about the money, she was rude,argumentative, unprofessional.it cost me to get out of the contract. 250.00 well spent .Don't have time for the aggravation. Wouldn't recommend.
