Excellent work. They completed parking pad at our home 3 wide and 2 vehicles deep. Graded the land, added fill dirt and a barrier then the rock. Spent much of the time at the end getting the grade just right and we even were able to add a second entrance. The completion was expected to last 3 days but they were done in 2! Hard working and very reasonably priced!

One of the best experiences from quote to finish. They had quick response to my inquiry. I was so impressed with how careful they were to remove 2 large trees close to my house...all the limbs hanging over the roof were carefully cut and carried away with the bucket to ensure nothing fell on the roof. Highly recommend!

This business is great. They came on time as promised and worked daily to complete my project. Paul gave sound advice as to what We needed to do to expand our land use. I was unsure of how to start the project. Paul gave me several options and detailed cost analysis before we began the project. His company removed all my large trees. They also removed brush and stumps. They worked as a team to clear and clean up all the debris created during the process. He told me exactly how much material I needed to add a circular drive to my home. We removed the front lawn and put in a garden. Everything went as planned we would hire this company again I highly recomend Paul and his employees. They were kind and courteous throughout the job. We were pleased with the results. 😀

Paul and Tracey from Land Development of Florence did an excellent job leveling some land for a pool on our property. I was impressed that their response was so prompt even though they were on vacation at the time I inquired about the job. I contacted this company to have a large, dead pine tree removed from my front yard. Paul & Tracey came out & did a fantastic job! The tree was removed, everything was cleared & cleaned up very nicely, no damage to my property, house or surrounding areas & they even cut/stacked some wood for me to use in my firepit & fireplace! They were very professional, reasonably priced & easy to work with. I highly recommend.
