It was honestly an amazing experience having Louis as my loan officer, he is someone who moves very quick and is on top of things. Louis is someone who does not like to waste time and takes the time to explain things to you. I probably asked him the same question 19 times, he did not mind answering the same question 19 times. Louis would sit on the phone with my partner and I and explain things until we understood how it works as a first time home buyer. Louis is very up front and I LOVED that about him, it is very hard to have someone so kind and A LOT OF PATIENCE!!! He is dedicated to what he does and that means a lot to a person who is trying to buy a home. I would rate more than a 5 start but unfortunately I could only give him 5 stars. If I hear anyone wanting to buy a house I am sending them over to Louis. It is almost a year being in my home and I am so happy for the experience I had with him.
