Great place to buy a home at a steal. Marty Wright Homes has more than a few different models to choose from. The quality and selection is second to none. I've never purchased a home from Marty Wright Homes, but as soon as I'm able to secure a plot of land for my family, Marty will be my next stop. I'm always driving by and seeing that their loading a new one up for someone. They must have superior customer service because I've only heard good things. I rate Marty Wright Homes ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5️⃣ based off of hearsay. If that isn't what strums up new business, I don't know what else would.

Great place to purchase a home!! Added them on Facebook and fell in love with the homes shown. Took a chance and went down to Pageland SC one Saturday in January and met with Tammy Nink and she went over and beyond to make my buying process a breeze!! She was very patient since this was my first time! Tammy and her boss have answered all my questions and have been there every step of the way! She even helped with some Land problems I ran into that had nothing to do with them and the company just so I wouldn’t get discouraged! She went over and beyond and I appreciate that! Definitely highly recommend Marty Wright and ask for Tammy at the Pageland location! You won’t be disappointed!!

Update : a lot of things inside home were put together in a hurry! Just to name a few things…cracks in master bathroom tub, a piece of fascia on outside of house never fixed, flooring didn’t get fixed, several scratches when guys laid it down, was told they would have to replace the whole section and that wasn’t something they would recommend…have a light fixture in master bedroom that wasn’t pushed up inside ceiling so when I tried to install ceiling fan, it wasn’t flush with the ceiling (meaning it would rock) if I decided to leave it up. Some of the wood pieces on walls and cabinets are coming off…All I will say is do your homework thoroughly and be there everyday while workers are working and go over every part of your home with a fine tooth comb! I wish I had!

If you are looking for a Great manufacturered home in South Carolina, North Carolina, or Georgia just to name a few states please visit Liz, and her team of experts in Pageland SC. We were not sure how to get started with a purchase and we were able to find them on Facebook showing us live tours of properties they have on site room by room instead of us scanning through pictures that didn't show all angles of the homes. The application process is very easy and I would recommend that you start there. Liz worked so hard on understanding what we were looking for and extremely transparent on our options. Marty Wright Home Sales is a very honest business we're able to trust to do everything they can to help us get into the home of our dreams with ways custom to our unique situation to make sure we can afford what we are looking for. The other thing that's amazing is the actual owner of multi site locations in SC and NC Mr. Marty Wright made himself personally accessible to us to answer question and help us through the application process he was very professional all though it was business we felt like we were having a regular day to day conversations which made it comfortable to ask tough questions with out feeling embarrassed. Marty Wright Home Sales customer service is excellent, we didn't feel rushed through the process and they were with us until everything was complete showing home after home. I highly recommend a visit to one of the many locations if you are interested in buying a manufactured home they will have something to fit your needs, and you won't be disappointed. Wide selections of 3-4 Bedroom Double Wide homes that are quite modernized and spacious for family gatherings.
