I have used various property management companies across multiple states. I have just started with this group and I’ve been very impressed by their customer service not only to myself, but to our future tenants they are very responsive and proactive on trying to eliminate problems before they happen. For example I was struggling to get connected to the county to get utilities put in my name and they were able to take care of it for me and actually ended up taking care of it before I got a hold of the county.

Family Owned Property was really easy to deal with as a renter. The apps they use to submit work orders and pay rent are really convenient! The repairs are handled quickly. They are real people that care and work to assist you with issues. The quarterly inspections are a really great way to help keep yourself protected as a renter as well as help you make sure you’re on track to get your security deposit back. If I were to rent out my own property in the future I would use them as a management company and know that my property would be cared for. They also return deposits very quickly!!
