Sheila Hinson at Southern Properties just helped us purchase the perfect home. She was on top of everything from start to finish. She made sure we knew what to expect every step of the way. Everyone she recommended, from the lender to the inspector to the lawyer, was great. She even drove out to the house on a weekend to open it up for us again so our son, who lives out of town, could see it. We had already put an offer in at that point, so she didn't have to do that. Sheila's wonderful to work with and I would definitely recommend her and Southern Properties Realty.

I have owned this business 20 years.Ive had a bad review from a lady named Anna Hunter .
She is very dangerous and the home owners have hired an attorney to deal with her. I did not list nor sell her a house. 2 of my agents Worked with her and did a fantastic job.She blames me for some issues she had 6 months after she purchased the home.I even spent my own personal money to try to help her but she constantly wants more.I went over and above anything I was required to do.
She has constantly posted on social media lies about me. I have many reviews on my company website and Zillow. Most all of my business comes from past clients and referrals.

Read everything carefully and have it double checked. When we bought our house we were told we had a new roof. When we had problems they denied it. New paint before we bought the house...bubbled up in multiple spots and flaked off.

Very upsetting when realtor is bad talking you and your family right outside of your house to another potential buyer and you can hear it from inside your house. Wouldn't have bought my house from them if I knew that would happen...shame on me though.
