Nash has been right by my side since the moment I filled out this application. I couldn’t ask for a better person to be with me while I’m on my journey and getting a new place. Pure Property Management is such a great team to come through. They welcome you were open arms. Everything with them has been a wonderful experience and I would recommend Pure Property Management to anyone who’s looking forward to their new home.

After moving from out of state, my husband and I went on a search for a rental home through PURE Property Management of South Carolina. The whole process with this company was seamless and our application went through quickly. Our questions were also responded to promptly. We were very happy when we received a text from Nash stating that we were approved! Looking forward to moving in soon and starting our life in the South.

I have been pleased with everyone I have dealt with. Red was very helpful and prompt to respond to all my general questions. If there was something she was unsure of, she verified my inquiry and responded promptly. As soon as I decided to apply, Nash guided me through the application process. Nash was also quick to reply to any questions I had. It has been a pleasure working with Akita as my property manager. I sent her a list of questions and instead of replying by email, she called to ensure that I understood and to answer any additional questions I may have. Since dealing with Pure Property Management, I have encountered professionalism, kindness, and excellent customer service. Nash helped me with my process of getting into a home. We came from California to South Carolina. When I share I was scared of moving and not having a home for myself and my two kiddos to move into, I was scared!! I applied for this property management not knowing what could happen. Nash was on top of everything and helped me the whole way to getting approved. The relief I had when she sent the email sharing I was approved is AMAZING! I worked with Nash to secure the home I wanted to rent and she was able to promptly assist me in answering my questions, guiding me through the application process and connecting me with my property manager. My property manager, Shawn R has also been very prompt and informative. This application hand rental process has taken a load off of my back and my experience with Pure a property Management has been nothing but pleasant thus far!

Avoid company at all cost, they charge you fees for things that are the owners fault. The company’s go to saying is “we don’t have any record of that in our system.”
I had so many false promises of fixing items in the home I’m renting. The winter storm I realized there were drafts coming in the home making the home freezing even when there was heat on. I put in a maintenance request end a January. I had a scheduled appointment, a maintenance man from pure property come to me and told me all of the windows and door frames were ROTTING. That the windows were the originals from 1970 and they haven’t been repaired or ever worked on so I would need an expert to come out and view everything. The following week I had an expert come and said the same thing as the first and that he’d do measurements for the windows. I was not contacted since measurements, then I have a random maintenance man named Daniel come without a schedule appointment, I was in the shower when I heard him bagging on my door as if he was the police. He called me and told me it was him and he came to LOOK at my windows, not fix them. I told him I wasn’t expecting anyone and could he give me ten minutes to get dressed. He repeatedly said he wasn’t coming in to look at my house and that he just needed to look at my windows. I repeatedly told him I’m not dressed and I need ten minutes. So he tells me he doesn’t have ten minutes for me to get dressed and he will come back some time the following week. I’ve never had any maintenance man do this to me except for him. I was not answering the door naked. I informed the office staff of how uncomfortable I felt with his interaction and they told me they would let me know if they needed anything from me with a scheduled appointment. Fast word this week and Daniel calls and tells me he’s coming to my home in a few minutes to look at my windows. That was not what was agreed upon and I called the property immediately. They said they would let maintenance know for him not to come to my home again and to send someone else. An hour from that call passes and Daniel is knocking on my door to look at windows that were already looked at. I didn’t answer the door at all. I called pure property and was connected to the site manger, she has the worst attitude I’ve ever experienced from a property manager. I believe her name is nakia/erica. In short she told me there was no history of the men ever coming to my home the first two times, that Daniel is the only one that can help with windows, that I must not have an emergency since I didn’t want Daniel to come to my home, she can keep the ticket open or close it and I need to look at my lease agreement. I told her no one ever offered to have another person come with Daniel and she needs to send me a lease agreement with it highlighted where it says they can do that. She then says she will personally come with Daniel and send a notice to schedule my appointment. I go to my portal today and nothing was ever sent and on top of that it says my maintenance ticket has been completed and it never was. Just lie after lie with this company. I also have asthma that was once controlled and the condition of the home has made me have multiple asthma attacks due to extreme weather in the home.
Avoid this place at all costs, it’s not worth it. I pay rent days before it’s even due every month and they lost one of my payments. It took weeks of me convincing them to talk to their bank to look for my payment because they refused to do so and told me I needed to contact my bank. They even added 100s of dollars in late fees. This company just adds so many unnecessary stress to my life. Even if the home is newer id suggest to look elsewhere because anything can happen where you might need help fixing something or a missing payment on their end and they will treat you like scum. They also cancel my orders that was never worked on prior to my last order. I’m sure it’s just a tactic they use to keep your deposit.
