Gaston sold our townhouse faster than we expected and for more than we expected. After reviewing our property, he made a plan of what needed to be done to prepare for listing, what to list it for, and what we should expect. But he did not simply hand over the plan to us - he was there with us painting, moving furniture, and updating fixtures. He was helpful and supportive from when we first contacted him until well after the sale was completed when we were having issues with the house we bought (a transaction in which he was not involved). A couple other nice touches from Sitka was a $1000 pre-listing renovation budget which Gaston gave to us out of his commission, and moving boxes. Gaston was very friendly, helpful and motivated. We would recommend Sitka Realty to anyone looking to sell.

When our parents passed and we needed to sell their property in Sitka, we were presented with two potential agencies to list the home with.
