Just received a cold call from lake view.Regarding inquiry on my credit... very strange to be leaving a good review for this.
The woman who called me was incredibly polite and respectful. Did not try to talk over me or do pushy sales tactics when I said I was not interested. Just wished me a good weekend.
Wish I could leave her name. Because that's how these calls should go.

I wanted to add this review while it was fresh on my mind. One of your representatives just called. I explained I wasn't sure why I've been getting mass amounts of calls lately but he wasn't the first. Then he just says "gotcha" and hangs up in my face. Rude. lol

Upgrade your app

You would think a major mortgage company would have an app that allows you to make payments anytime. This company does not. The app limits you to weekdays from 9-5. The app requires you to sign in every time. It is very clunky. If you want folks yo use the app to make payments then create a better user experience. Per my standards a company gets 1 star for providing the service and the other stars are service and experience related. I’m giving 2 stars for this mortgage company.

In the fall of 2013, our financing fell through just 36 hours before closing on a beautiful brick house for our family of four. We were keeping our old house and the renters had already signed a lease so we had nowhere to go. A friend told us to call Lakeview mortgage. Lakeview listened and understood the situation and worked overtime to get us the financing we needed. Luckily the sellers agreed to push the closing back two weeks and Lakeview secured the new loan in plenty of time with a lower interest rate to top it off! Mike Eskenazi and his crew at Lakeview Mortgage truly saved our family! We love our new house and our son and daughter love their neighborhood schools!
