Wow, what an unbelievable job From the Semah Mortgage team.
Sion and his staff were second to none, especially his dedicated secretary, Sury, with her professionalism.
Before we started using them, we heard they were unbelievable. But now that we closed on the house, we look back and can only say that they're MORE than unbelievable. In so many ways and on so many different levels they made the impossible happen. Time, patience and making you feel secure is definitely their hallmark.
The speed at which they work with, is unmatched.!!!!
I highly recommend using the Semah Mortgage team @ the Mint Capital for your mortgage. They really CAN help you navigate through the complex process of getting approved for a mortgage.

I had a great experience working with Sion & Sury on a recent transaction! They have very efficient systems, and got me from offer to closing in under 60 days (could've been 2-3 weeks earlier if not for Passover & other's schedules). Sion worked very well with the other parties to the transaction, and gave them confidence that we were going to do what we said, and get the deal done properly and on time. This alone, may have gotten me the deal over 3 competing offers for the same property.

A few people recommended Sion to me, and I'm glad I did. If I ever want to purchase another property, Sion would be the first call I make!

Well what can I say! 5 stars. These guys are super sweet and understanding every step of the way. I own my own business as a young doctor (LOL , in my head ) and they knew how to handle my financials from day one they worked closely with my CPA to get the job done. They never abandoned me, even when times got tough. They walked me through and even Sury was my therapist and personal cheerleader at times telling me that I can do it. I would recommend these guys 100 times over. I love my new house. I am finally a home owner!
