Julie was fantastic. She continually helped to help me secure a small pond lot. She took the time to investigate the new septic tank to make sure it was compliant with the county regulations. She continually checked in with me to make sure I was doing ok securing the loan. I would highly recommend Julie for your real estate needs. I could not ask for a better real estate agent!

Once again Julie was amazing. She helped us buy a property in 2022 and when things changed for us, she helped us sell that property in 2024. I don't know much about ERA as a company, but I can tell you that Agent Chris Williams is the best! From our first conversation he was at the top of his game! Chris was both accommodating and professional in every way possible. The listing was easy and convenient. He guided me through the selling process, explaining options and ramifications of everything significant, and offering input and suggestions without being overbearing. Once the listing agreement was in place, he immediately put up an attractive sign, and personally assisted with cleaning up the property for maximum curb appeal. The property sold quickly, and Chris continued his positive involvement through the closing. A++ for Chris!

Julie Rickenbaker at ERA in Santee SC was absolutely great in our recent purchase of property. She was timely in communications and accurate in information provided. We bought this property and were out of state, and could not attend the closing. Our deal was property and contents and she photographed for us, in detail, the contents remaining after the sellers departure. That is is customer service!
