I experienced a house fire and needed my unit repaired. It took weeks for them to even begin repairs because i was told it “wasnt an emergency” then when they came they left paint splatter all over my apartment including personal items. I asked for my trashcan to be replaced due to damages and i was told they’re are not replacing it because its still functional. Although it was in face broken by a previous maintenance man. They all so left the area above my sink untouched with smoke damage. I will be contacting the BBB in regard to the horrible customer service and property management.

I was really impressed with James Blue during my tour of the apartment complex on Howell Mill (Friedlam Partners) in Atlanta. James was incredibly knowledgeable about the property and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He had a very friendly and enthusiastic approach which really highlighted the best features of the apartment. I am truly considering moving to that location.

After moving out, Friedlam did not only help with an inquiry I had, but made sure to send out a small token of appreciation. They reminded me how valuable I was as a tenant and how much the appreciated the relationship we established during our time at Icon Downtown. A warm thanks to Sary and Friedlam Partners. Is a terrible place to live the don’t come fix anything. 8 months and this place still hasn’t been fixed they always have a cover up. They hire the Mexicans to do a cheap job. They only have 4 visitor spots where my mom lives so you will get towed. They don’t reach out except for if your rent late then you get an eviction notice but they have you living in crazy conditions . My mom is back and fourth so I come check on her place and the young adults and these are the conditions. It’s been 8 month’s maintenance request have been being put in and nothing yet. It ashame to have people living like that paying 1400 in rent.
