I was an amazing experience. They guided me through the process of how to enter the facility. To staying on the phone while I enter the passcode, and she called me back and noticed that I still haven't gotten in. My best experience ever, especially dealing with a storage unit.

I love the location for it’s convenience and accessibility at any time. However, in the time I have had my unit the price has close to doubled, and, even though there is a power socket and light switch, there is no power because, as I was told, “it’s a fire risk”.

Love that it’s right around the corner from my shop! To keep myself from lugging everything to my house! Super convenient to sign up online. Accidentally rented two spots when my internet was spotty and the email response and fixing of the problem was very quick! Would recommend to anyone!

I had a good experience with this facility it just that before this company got it, the prices kept changing every month going higher but when it became storage wise the price was steady but I just couldn't afford the building anymore. But I had no problem with the units or customer service at all...
