Don’t let employees use rental trucks as personal trucks. I received an 8 ft pickup in awful condition. Cigarette ashes everywhere, smelled like smoke, truck had no spare tire as it was one of the 4 tires on the ground. Also stained seats and stuff on the windows. Absolutely not cleaned at all. I literally cleaned it myself😂
The staffer, when I returned it, was very nice and we worked out a deal on price because of the condition of the vehicle when i received it.

Terrible customer service. As nice as I tried to be and stay professional service was horrific. The pull behind trailer I was originally rented and charged for upon my inspection wasn't road worthy and a safety hazard. I was told I'd get another one as an exchange. I got another one at a higher price which is not an exchange as I was charged for that trailer too. The extra charges and insurance I was charged posted immediate to my account putting me in overdraft status. I was not refunded my money and even so I would never see it as their mistake put me in over draft and the trailer payment would be taken anyway. So I have to suffer 3 times because of their mistakes. I would not recommend this store # 783077 address 254 bypass 72 NW. And the sales attendant gave me more attitude during the return because she needed to attend to her toddler that she had screaming and crying in the office next to the register. Terrible service , horrific return, even the general manager was no help and shut this place down or bring in competent employees. I have it 1 star as I could not leave it blank or give a negative star rating.

MAKE SURE YOU DO A COMPLETE AND THOROUGH WALKTHROUGH OF YOUR TRUCK *WITH AN EMPLOYEE* BEFORE DRIVING AWAY AND AFTER DROPPING OFF. TAKE PICTURES AND COPIOUS NOTES OF EVERYTHING, OPEN AND SHUT EVERYTHING. IF THE VEHICLE IS NOT 100%, DO NOT DRIVE AWAY THINKING "IT'LL BE ALRIGHT" ...BECAUSE IT WON'T BE.

As a result of NOT doing this for a rental on 10/12/24, my wife and I got stuck with a damage charge that we cannot dispute due to fine print of the rental agreement. We will own up to our failure to perform our due diligence as a customer, but at the same time, the standard operating practices for customer service at this particular location are deserving of some much needed review. There is more to customer service than handling a transaction. True customer service is helping the customer walk through the necessary steps they need to take in order to make sure their end-to-end experience is completely satisfactory. That personal touch really makes a difference. Sadly, it didn't for us. I wish this store the best, and hope they look in the mirror and pursue excellence, but we will not be patronizing it anymore.

I rented a 6 x 12 trailer to pick up a Kawasaki Side by Side UTV, however I was unable to use the trailer as the gate / ramp size was not 6 feet wide due to the design of the trailer with a partial back wall where the gate / ramp latches are located. I would put a disclaimer on the trailer listing stating the gate / ramp size is not 6 feet but 5 feet. I towed the trailer 1 1/2 hours to the Kawasaki dealer only to find out I could not bring home the UTV - bummer! The service at this Uhaul location was AWESOME - very quick and efficient in the morning hours - 8 - 10 am.

This used to be my go to place for boxes. Annually I spend about $5500 on cardboard and peanuts at this location. In the past they've run out of the box I needed and never had a problem selling me the display box. Last night some rude woman (manager) wouldn't sell me the display box. Said it's against policy and she couldn't do it. This is a straight lie. I contacted uhaul and they told me if the product is there it's available for purchase. This was a prime example of a control freak in a job where she needs to be taught about customer service. Because of her lack of respect and lack of customer service I will never shop at this location again. I'd advise not using this business at all and going to a nearby competitor. We as people have to remember you are replaceable in your position and you are not better than anyone just because you wear a manager name tag!

We have sat at this location for 2 hours waiting for it to open, still at the location waiting for it to open. Uhaul has been one of the worst companies to work with. This is our 3rd location to pick up a 26ft truck. There is a large group of angry customers outside. You can go into the storage facility but no where else. We contacted corporate who cannot contact their manager or the store staff. These staff should be reprimanded for this.

Amberlee was absolutely wonderful! She offered and actually stayed late to help take care of a trailer swap that I needed to have done ASAP. She was incredibly professional, kind, and again super helpful. Couldn’t be happier with the service I received!
