This team not only worked hard to get us into the rental of our dreams, but they were also very attentive to our needs. They were very proactive in the application process and the entire process from application to approval to move in was just a matter of days. 6 days to be exact. My wife and I highly recommend this team!

Super impressed with RMA! As Canadians and first time renters stateside, we found them to be extremely helpful, professional and easy to work with. RMA's team has been available, courteous and helpful in getting us approved, proper paperwork and communications between the owners and ourselves so far. Only been in the house a week but it's in good shape and already on it's way to feeling like home!

If your only interested in getting your rent and getting tenants work orders taken care of, this company is for you. If you are expecting to have your property taken care of, you need to find another company. Their website says they do monthly inspections inside and outside. Maybe they do for some. It was not done for 12 months with ours until the tenant moved out.

This is under the Concierge Services in Hilton Head and Bluffton

For tenant occupied property your website says you do semi annual inspections. You did not inspect the property when you assumed our property in January and did not inspect our property until tenant moved out in December. That’s not semi annual.

I’ve been with Realty Management Advisors for 3 years. This was my first rental property and I’m out of state so I was very nervous. I spoke to a lot of managers in the area but decided on RMA. I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The RMA team was professional, responsive, and took care of everything. They found great tenants and kept my property rented. Every maintenance issue was handled quickly which was a big relief. Highly recommend them!
