One can tell that Gigi Braynt loves her job. She goes above and beyond the call of duty. Gigi truly cares about her customers and their neighborhoods. I feel lucky to have her as a community manager and know that our POA is in good hands with her.

Slow responses if at all. High staff turnover leaving few with the knowledge, expertise, & ability to run a management company. (Updated 3/20/25). Have had 2 managers quit since 10/1/24. Angela & Monique. Just to prove my point "owner". They do not care about properties or homeowners, just their bottom line. Collect insurance money for HOA's then give every effort to deny insurance claims.
Check photos of exterior to view their exterior neglect. Anybody who says otherwise is lying, has a Laissez-faire attitude, or doesn't understand responsible property management. Keep an eye on your finances.

We are new in the area and have had to go to the HOA office twice. Working with Cheryl Almond has been great! We really appreciated that Cheryl always returned our calls, texts, or emails. This is our first time with an HOA and Cheryl was also very helpful with walking us through the process.

We have a little place at the beach and we have Waccamaw Management to take care of the daily needs . Sierra Dube is the manager over the entire complex. I have never seen such excellent care and communication from management to residents. She is the most efficient and kind person . She sends daily or as needed reminders of every single occurrence of the complex. From Hurricane damage to pest control… she is on task always. Having a place away from our living there is difficult to care for without someone like her to keep things cared for properly. I appreciate her incredible attention to every detail . In this world right now , so many have trouble with dedicated employees that put heart into the job they do. She is not at all like that… she beats the odds on all things that others may fail at because of her rare detailed excellence and caring for people and he job performance. She shines out as the most competent, caring, and best in her field for Waccamaw Management. They have a gem in her and her great skills. Thank you Sierra for continued excellent work. Bless you 🙏🏻❤️
