They are very disrespectful people and money/power hungry people. They refuse to give me a second temporary pass for my daughter to come visit and threaten to tow our cars also saying that we should “just find the insurance card”. Like I could just magically wish and it would appear, yea already tried that genius. They are awful people to my mom and like all the other reviews says They are supposed to do yard work but can’t seem to clean properly, leaving old rugs just burying into the ground. Replaced the post boxes but didn’t give us a key and then complains when we need one to get into OUR mailbox that we pay money to use Do not stay here, they don’t care about you!!

The management over the property The Gatherings is horrific. PLEASE do not buy or rent here unless you like them to not follow through on anything for years at a time. They charge $400+ in regime fees and don't even have a gate. They didn't fix the stairs on the front of my home (they rotted off) until one broke and I told them my pregnant wife almost fell down them... Needless to say this was three weeks after I first requested them taking care of the property as they promise in the agreement that they would.

Here is a list of just some of the things that they do. (Or lack thereof.)

1. They don't take care of the houses like promised in the agreement.
2. They barely do anything for any of the relaxation areas and it took them five years to redo the basketball courts
3. They berate people via written violation notices. (In which they can't spell correctly.)
4. They target certain homes and constantly attack owners and renters of those homes. (there are over 20 dish satellites across the neighborhood located in "inproper" locations yet they decided to magically only see ours. I know this because I went to every home that had one in the wrong location to check. I took pictures of every satellite in the neighborhood to protect myself from their constant attacks.)
5. Via a recent violation notice of ours they decided to use exclamation marks for the end of every sentence as if they were talking to children.
6. They have multiple owners and renters in this location on the verge of lawsuits for harassment and lack of following agreement standards.
7. This morning is a perfect example, my garbage was laying on the ground and was not in a can... Needless to say our garbage can was stolen from our property... smh

PLEASE think twice before renting or buying as they do VERY little to take care of their customers (Renters and Owners)

After living at the gatherings and owning my home for 6 years this hoa stated we were not allowed to park 3 of our cars on the property anymore, even though there is ample parking, this hoa is a joke, if you need work done that they're responsible for, the outside. There's always an excuse and it never gets done, but the new board president has all new decks and paint, don't use this company,..its the worst, and only true to exert authority and don't care about the owners

These property management folks are down right robbing owners at cotton Hope community. 415 a month in regime fees and none of that money is put back into the maintenance of the property. All that money is going into someone's pocket and not what it is meant for, up keep of the building and grounds. I think that community needs to pull together and get an attorney and make this property management do what they get paid to do, keep up the buildings and grounds!!

The worst management company I have ever dealt with. Nonresponsive to their property owners and disrespectful when you push back and request they do what we, as property owners, pay them to do. It's like they go out of their way to be unhelpful. I would give them 0 stars but that wasn't an option.

Parking pass policy at Old South Villas is ridiculous. They made me buy a pass in March of 2016 that actually expired at the end of that month and then I had to buy a new pass in April. Don't understand why I couldn't just wait a couple of weeks until the new decals were available. Instead I kept getting towing notices on my car even though I've lived here for 4 years. Obviously they could care less about something called CUSTOMER SERVICE.
