Prior to purchasing our home in 2021, we spent significant time researching relators in the area, scouring through endless agency, company, and individual relator reviews. Christi is professional, personable, honest, forthright, consistently available, extremely knowledgeable of the area, surrounding areas, and of all laws and governing regulations. Given her family has been in this business for many years and has a strong presence and connection to the community, Christi is also seasoned and possesses a wealth of information and resources for all "things" related to home purchasing or selling, including contractor and handyman recommendations, move-in/move-out cleaning services, insurance agencies, inspectors, appraisers, etc. Additionally, Christi was always available to speak, or to meet in person, to thought partner with us and weigh pros and cons of various properties. She also conducted any research needed about any property we were considering. When we had questions while drafting our offers, Christ was there with us to review and provide guidance and insight. She is extremely loyal to her clients and establishes strong relationships, as this is more than just a "job" to Christi. She truly wants what is best for her clients and assists in all steps of the process to ensure a lifetime of happiness in your new home!
We have been so pleased with her services, we recently contracted with Christ again to sell our home this past November. She worked quickly, and we had multiple offers and closed within 30 days! While we have now relocated to the north country, we have already established that Christ will work with us again in the upstate and assist us in purchasing our "forever home" here! Christi was always two steps ahead in the process and anticipated any potential problem beforehand.
