I truly don’t understand how a company can put something on the market for rent and you reach out to them . Then you have someone like ( Bill ) ask you a million questions over the phone and tells you he will get back with you but me with you but never follows up . Then you call and follow up but nothing. I believe that they pick and choose who they want yo rent from which to me comes across as discriminatory, but I certainly met the criteria. My suggestion is find another company to rent from because this one an’t it . This was my experience. BEWARE ‼️‼️‼️‼️

Club Realty decided (without consulting me) to not file for an eviction on my tenant. She had told them she was moving but stayed another month and a half. They didn’t follow their own policy and also cost me a month and a half of rent.
The worst part was the lack of communication-I only found out when I called to ask when I would be receiving repair quotes, thinking the tenant had moved out.
I honestly don’t understand how a decision like that could be made without informing the owner.

We have worked with Bill and Jodi for over ten years. As a property manager, they managed our property very autonomously, but involved me when important or costly decisions needed to be made. They provided a great value, and always made prudent decisions involving repairs or issues with tenants or HOA. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a property manager. Additionally, when it came time to sell our property, they were extremely helpful and always very honest. They sold our property very quickly and got an excellent price.

The only thing positive about my experience was the office manager (Jeanne) who was helpful. However, the owner was rude, disrespectful, and even though he promised to manage my property he clearly did not follow up on management responsibilities. He promised to drive by the house and ensure that it looked fine (he clearly did not because when the tenant moved out their was easily 1.5 years worth of leaves in the yard which killed all of the grass). He promised the tenant would re-pine straw the flower beds and they were not. He promised the house would be left clean, and it was not. It took 10 hours to scrub the house down. There was food left in the cabinets, mold in the bathtubs, and bird poop (I did not approve of the pet which I was supposed to be asked for approval and there was no pet deposit) in almost every corner of the house and on the walls. On top of all of this he tried to "man-splain" everything to me in a belittling and disrespectful tone.

If I could give a zero I would—the place was nice and the neighbors awesome! But Bill was rude, disrespectful, belittling and unprofessional!!! I won’t rent ANY property from him again.
