I understand a hurricane came through two week prior to my stay, I called and confirmed everything would be in order for our stay. I was informed I had mother to worry about property would be ready for our stay.
Upon Arrival Property was hard to find due to roadway to home being overgrown by landscaping at entry point which left me no choice but to drive my new vehicle through which ended in multiple scratches in my paint. Driveway looked to be abandoned.once pulling into driveway there was debris everywhere excluding roof shingles tree limbs and palms. Railing on staircase was not completed making it a safety issue to access home for elderly. Home was left unlocked and unsecured, bedding was descusting with body hair, bloodstains, and other unknown stains. Towels also had large stains. No welcome book was found we had no idea which remotes worked what in the house and how to utilize tvs. We unloaded items we had traveled with in garage area which were thrown out with trash even though management company sent email stating trash was not to be picked up until later in the week. This home may be beautiful from the photos but is not kept up to par and I would not recommend staying you would be better off at a local hotel.

My son graduated from Parris Islands 11/1/24 as a Marine. The home in Beaufort was a beautiful historical home and close to downtown. Mary communicated so well with us making sure our stay was great. She offered early check-in even though we didn’t need it. I definitely recommend this spot.

We have used TideWatch several times and always enjoyed our stays in Beaufort. Yesterday, we needed to cancel a stay we booked for February. I followed the instructions in the contract and wrote an email to ask them to cancel our stay. Mary at TideWatch was very helpful and took care of canceling and refunding our entire deposit immediately. This company is amazing and has great staff! Thank you so much Mary and Happy Holidays. We will be back!

I have been very impressed with TideWatch Vacations for the whole rental experience so far. Sadly, I missed one of the emails because my email did not deliver it to my inbox and responded on Christmas Day - not at all expecting a reply on a holiday. I was pleasantly surprised when Mary answered my email and was so helpful in helping us make arrangements for our post-Christmas family trip to Beaufort.

We had a wonderful time staying at Almost Heaven on Saint Helena Island! The pictures and descriptions were accurate for the property with beautiful views of the ocean. Mary helped us with all the details prior to our arrival and was very responsive during our stay as well. The Turtle’s nest was a bonus as it was very close to the condo. The kids loved the pools and playground as well as beach time! And there was always food available in the store if anyone was hungry wherever we were! This is a picture of my daughter practicing to write in the guest book! She says “We love it!” Thank you for the fabulous getaway!

I booked on Booking.com. The advertisement on the site stated I wouldn't have to pay until I arrived. Well, I woke up and the full balance was charged to my card which cause my mortgage payments to go back as insufficient funds. Smh. Well, I spoke with Geoffrey at Booking com and he said that I was correct and that the hotel charged me. He reached out and spoke with Debbie and was told she would look at it and call him back. I asked him would he mind conferencing a call between the tree of us and he agreed. So we reach out to the property and spoke with Debbie again. Once she realized that I was on the line she became angry, condescending and constantly cut me off. I was gonna rebook with another card. But since she acted so unprofessional, whether the refund my money or not I would never stay here and have shared this information on my FB page for all to see as well. Debbie may need another position in the company or may she needs to take a course in soft skills. I would not support a business with this level of customer service and neither does my family, friends or associates. Please do better with your customer service if nothing else

I rented a house in Harbor Island for a spring 2025 family vacation. The process was easy and TideWatch was very responsive. I ended up needing to cancel because our circumstances changed and even that was handled quickly and efficiently. Thanks very much to Mary who helped. I would definitely use them again.

Rented 111 Cardinal Crest lane and my experience has been so bad. First no AC when we got here (85 degrees in the house) and they could not send a tech out because it was at night so we literally had to sleep in the porch. I told them I have my 70 year old grandparents with me and that did not matter. Unclear instructions with the amenity cards. Overall for all the rules they require and the type of rental I was expecting a much better experience. I wish I had know they needed payment before delivering the amenity cards. At this point im just frustrated about the heat and not being able to go to the pool for an hour now because the amenity cards need to be delivered. We would have been much better just staying at the resort and it would have been the same price. They have not said anything about a refund for literally sleeping outside as it was bearable instead in an 85 degree weather after paying $3,200 for three nights. Did I mention their 1 Towel per person policy?!
