Since we live hours away from our rental property, we rely on Jenny Mullinax and Brodie Field in dealing with any issues that come up with the property maintenance or/and our tenants. I'm happy to say that the problems I had with my previous management company have been cleared ever since Lowcountry Property Management stepped in to take charge and I so appreciate especially for all that Jenny and Brodie have been doing for us. I can always count on them to respond to my e-mails quickly, to keep me informed with anything regarding to my rental, and take care of my property and tenants' needs. Their patience, dedication and professionalism makes my life so much easier.

Low Country Property Management!!! Best property manager I have had they go out of their way to make sure you as the owner are happy. They continue to stay ahead of the market to ensure your property will rent quickly and for the right price.

Jenny Mullinax is great to work with and has always taken care of every request quickly and with precision to ensure my tenants and myself are taken care of, always feel like they come first.

The team at Low Country Property Management have been looking after my 2 rental properties for about 6 years now. I happen to live out of state but I must say that even if I lived in the Charleston area I would still use them. They do a very nice job of taking care of my property. They are well worth every penny I pay them. If a tenant has moved out I usually have it rented very quickly and they are very good at choosing tenants.

If you are looking for a property management company you should take a hard look at them. BTW, I am a license broker in North Carolina and manage my own rental properties here. If I could find a company like Lowcountry I would use them here and not bother with the management side. Fact of the matter is I can't find one (as good) so I do it myself.

Lowcountry Property Management Company has managed many homes for me for many years. Stephanie is the main person that I deal with and I must say she has been amazing! Since I have been with them for many years, I have had interactions with almost everyone in the company. I had a few items at my rental house that were noted as issues by the person doing the annual termite inspection and I needed to get them taken care of to maintain my termite bond. Jenny Mullinax took care of finding a contractor to correct the issues and even sent me pictures of the finished work. She made it easy to get these items taken care of kept me from having to think twice about them. She is very professional in all of our dealings with each other concerning my house.

Stayed there in a house for over 3 years and the only reason we did was because the neighbors were great and we were tired of moving. Big mistake!! They never fix maintenance issues in a timely manner. Took a whole summer to get roof replaced, three months to get a leak around the back door fixed, the list goes on and not to mention when we moved out we had issues that were never fixed that were on our move in inspection. The property manager is never available even when I would go by the office and never returns phone calls. We always paid our rent early. Overall a horrible company that hires the worst maintenance people. Renters stay away if you don't like major headaches.
