Todd evicted us from our home wrongfully leaving us homeless living in our car he refused to let us get our things including our family pets! I want to stand corrected I was just informed by Todd Lands attorney he is not the owner of the property but he was representing the company who actually bought the property! So apologies to you Todd Land and your agency.Thanks for the numbers but I only need my attorneys and the tenants protection foreclosure act.

Ive rented my home from Mr Todd for the last 4 years and have had ZERO issues with his response time or willingness to repair anything has arisen. I can count on 1 hand how many things ive needed done and i never had to wait or had an issue with him getting it taken care of. Gwen in his office is also always very friendly and i never mind dealing with her. Communication is KEY for everything and it goes along way with Mr Todd and his office.

I could not have asked for a better agent or agency to help us find our perfect house. Mr. Land called me on many occasions with new houses to look at that fit the requirements that I had asked for. He returned my calls quickly and answered all my questions. His staff, Mrs. Fern and Mrs. Rhonda were always a pleasure to talk to and helpful with any paper work I needed. After looking at many houses Mr. Land found the perfect house and he got us a great deal on our house. I was amazed at how much he got our house and 4 acres for, almost half of the asking price. He was such a great help in the process from start to finish because this was the first house we had ever bought and we did not have a clue as to what we needed to do. Mr. Land knew what to do and helped us through it all with a smile on his face and a friendly professional attitude. I can not thank him and his agency enough for all that they have done to help us get the house of our dreams. Thank you so much and I would highly recommend him and his agency for all your real estate needs.
