I am a repeat client having worked with Steve on two sales: the first was sale of a lower Manhattan condo just before COVID which sold at the highest dollar per square foot in the building for some time. This year in 2024, we recently closed on the sale of my residence in the Edgewood area of Cranston, RI - which again ended up being the highest price sold in Edgewood - ever- for single-family home that wasn't a waterfront or direct water-view property.
