Do not recommend. I called last Friday and this morning (Monday). Had our money ready to rent through Dennis. He said this morning at 9:30am that he would be back in town at 11am. Called many times from 11 to 11:30 to meet up with him and he never answered. Seems like we dodged a bullet

Rented for 3 years,had problems with septic(took 2 weeks to fix),electrical outlets never repaired,soft spots in floors(they fixed 1 in 3 years) and bug infested homes. Had to trash half our stuff due to being ruined from bugs. DONT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Put in applications paid money and sent messages out to over 50 maybe 100 different places trying to find rent with a newborn and were denied every time. Sunshine rentals was the best place, we were treated with care and concern and they finally helped us. With a criminal background from over 10 years ago it's really hard finding a place regardless if you have completely changed your life around. They cared. They want good people renting from them and we are grateful to have met them. It was right before my dad's birthday and the guy who runs the place his name is Steve just like my dad that's how I knew it was about to happen. The lady who works for Steve and who accepts the cause is the sweetest person you could possibly meet. She actually cares. That means more than anything especially with the business like this when it comes to finding something decent for you and your family.

Living in a trailer that has no sewage, when the toilet flushes it goes on the ground. Power breakers flip off daily. Half the trailer is running on one breaker. The lady in the office does a great job, but the properties are run down and repairs aren't repaired.

Gave us a 5 days notice to move all of our stuff out, on the 2nd day they came and stole half of our stuff. Stuff that was very expensive and half of it didn’t even belong to me as I was borrowing it.
