Will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau. My parents are seniors, when my mom showed me their home the walls were rotting, and everything was worn from the home. Never would fix anything. Horrible landlord. SAVE YOUR MONEY FOR A KORE UPSCALE HOME!!!

Mr Watt and his son were so helpful and nice. Rented a 3br 2.5ba and the place was in superb condition. They were very nice and receptive. Would recommend.

It's true they are terrible if I could give them zero stars I would. They rented a house which was covered in garbage then made us clean it, and now that we are moving out they want to blame us for things we didn't do and charge us a cleaning fee even though we left it clean. Even though we did not get it clean. They are the definition of negligent landlords.

Put in a application. Payed 25Dollars. Everthing was gd. Was told he didnt thing i could aford the house he would have to think on it.Asked him to call let me knw. Heard nothing. Called bk 2x. Always gone. Told them to have him call. Heard nothing. He knew how much i made before he tooK my money for credit ck but said nothing then. No WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS MR. WATTS. Shame on u....
