Stayed at Stacy and Mario's sister property The Sakonnet Sunset Manor just across the river on the water for a girl's bday celebration weekend.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The house was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the water from several different rooms throughout the house and the spacious deck. The location was perfect –serenity & relaxation as we ate & enjoyed each other's company, exactly how we wanted it!!!

The house itself was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen, to cozy bedrooms with temperature control settings in each room, & even heat lamps in the bathroom. The host was extremely welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Whether we were watching the sunset/sunrise from the patio or enjoying walks & views along the water, it truly felt like a peaceful retreat.

Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with amazing views. I can't wait to return!

We were looking for a nice girls getaway and we found just the place. We stayed at
Stacy & Mario’s sister property The Sakonnet Sunset Manor just across the river on the water... the house was nicely updated, very clean and spacious. If you forget something, pretty sure they have what you forgot. They thought of everything. Has a nice in ground swimming pool. Just sad it’s too cold to use it. Will definitely rent from them again ❤️

This was the warmest and most welcoming home I've ever stayed in. It was fully stocked with everything we could need. Each room had plenty of water bottles, and we were greeted with a welcome basket for breakfast. The house was immaculate, and the views from all over the house, especially the upstairs bedroom were stunning. We absolutely loved this place and plan to stay here on our next visit. I highly recommend this wonderful home.

The Morgan house is the perfect getaway! With multiple fire places and views of the ocean, this is a perfect spot all year round. The home is incredibly clean and beautifully decorated, a beautiful seaside home. The owners thought of everything, there are so many small touches that made this stay an absolute delight, to name a few:
-Extra fluff for your pillows you can add if you want
-Board games
-All of the amenities of a fine hotel (coffee stations, shampoo, conditioner, soaps, lotions…..)

We would definitely recommend this home to anyone and will definitely come back!

If you are looking for a relaxing place to stay in the Portsmouth, RI area, the Morgan House is the place to go. The Morgan House is absolutely beautiful from the beach views, cozy fireplaces to all the little details that the owner has added to make the property inviting, cozy and stress free for all who stay there. Everything you need for your stay has been provided (if you think that you may have forgot something, you will most likely find it already there). I ate at Localz Kitchen and Cocktails; the staff is so friendly, food is delicious and it is within a ten (10) minute walk or two (2) minute drive. I would definitely stay at the Morgan House again!

What an incredible experience staying at the Morgan House this past weekend. 5 stars doesn't begin to rate this property! It was the perfect relaxing getaway. Amazing amount of thought and detail was put into every corner of the house, making it the most peaceful and inviting space. You can see the water (a minute walk) from a gorgeous bay window by the dining table. Fireplaces throughout the house made for an extra cozy stay. Kitchen was set up with everything we needed to make meals when we wanted to. Coffee station fully stocked with all kinds of options. I shouldn't have made the extra stop for the toothbrush I forgot to pack, the owners had it covered! Sleeping accommodations were better than any other overnight stay I've ever had. Thank you so much for making it simple and easy to escape for a bit.

My husband Dave and I celebrated our wedding anniversary at the Morgan House. We had a delightful time at this exquisite seaside home. The accomodations in the house exceeded our expectations. We wholeheartedly recommend this rental property. It was quite cozy with beautiful views of the ocean
