Eric has been managing our seasonal property in Westport for a couple of years now, and we cannot recommend him enough! He is reliable, incredibly communicative, and focused on quality. He can help with anything from scheduling regular cleanings/lawn maintenance, to larger projects like managing a bathroom renovation. He will also do certain smaller projects himself. He gives us peace of mind that our place is taken care of, even when we are not there. This is embaressing but when we first starting working with Eric, our neighbors actually thought we were getting ready to sell our place since they had never seen it in such immaculate shape!

Watuppa has been managing my small condo association for about 6 months now. I am very impressed with the service we are receiving to date. They are very responsive to our needs, addressing all our repair issues timely and efficiently. They do the heavy lifting of getting estimates and the contractors they work with have been equally exemplary. They manage our landscaping, snow removal and trash efficiently. They also handle our monthly HOA fees and deposits into the association's account. They assist with unit owner's sales, compiling paperwork and communicating with the realtors. They have been providing us with excellent customer service and support. Messages are always returned timely. I can't sing their praises enough so far! Our association is very happy we chose them to represent us and I would recommend them without hesitation.
