My husband and I were recently looking for a home and was interested in one of Joseph Still’s houses (MLS#: 73140470). My husband and I offered $20k over asking price and without even seeing the home. But we asked for an answer that night and for them to cancel any open houses. Not only was Joseph extremely rude to my realtor that I was working with, but he was also very rude to my husband when he went to the open house after we were denied our offer because Joseph thought that we thought the house was worth that. However, we all know the market right now.

My husband went to the open house and the first thing Joseph said to my husband was “well this house is listed at (whatever it was at the time) so I hope it’s within your price range.” Then we decided we were done dealing with them. We continued our own path and continued to notice this house sitting on the market and we still hadn’t found our forever home. So my realtor reached out to Joseph to see if I, myself, could see the home. Joseph needed to be rude again and state to my agent “oh so you’re circling back around?! Have they not found anything yet? We have 4 offers on the table and plan to do another open house but your clients offer wasn’t good enough.”

For anyone who is looking into this company to sell your home, do NOT use Joseph Still for your agent. Unfortunately the house is still sitting on the market with a lowered price. We, however, found our forever home so we are thankful our offer was denied for petty reasons!
