I unfortunately worked with Roberto Dias. Communication was poor, details were overlooked, and he showed little to no effort in ensuring a smooth transaction. I'm not sure if he doesn't care about providing a quality service, or if he is just incapable of doing so. It is clear he just wants a paycheck and anything other than that is someone else's problem. If you're looking for a realtor who truly cares about your needs in the home-buying/selling process, I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

I am compelled to express my profound dissatisfaction with the services provided by Cliff Ponte real estate company KW and the agent Susan Martins. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel it is crucial to share my concerns with others in the community.

I entered into a contract with Cliff Ponte's brokerage with the expectation of fair and transparent dealings. However, the reality has been far from that. Despite my genuine need to cancel the contract, Mr. Ponte has proven to be uncooperative and inflexible. My attempts to discuss the matter have been met with resistance, leaving me frustrated and trapped in an agreement that no longer suits my needs.They have told me to seek an attorney for a cancellation.

It is disheartening to see the owner of a brokerage, who is also a member of the city council committee, acting in a manner that contradicts the very principles of fairness and protection that one would expect from a public figure. Instead of upholding the interests of residents, Mr. Ponte's actions have left me feeling exploited and powerless.

I sincerely hope that others in the community take note of this unfortunate situation and reconsider engaging with Cliff Ponte's brokerage KW Watuppa. It is crucial for residents to be aware of the challenges they may face, especially when dealing with an individual who holds a position of influence within the city council.

In conclusion, my experience with Cliff Ponte's brokerage has been highly unsatisfactory, and I feel it is essential for potential clients to be informed about the difficulties I have encountered. I expected better from a member of the city council committee, and I hope that my unfortunate situation serves as a cautionary tale for others!

Cindy Ferry helped us sell our Dads house after he passed away and she was so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I want to personally Thank our realtor John Tisonis from Keller Williams South Watuppa. Last week we bought our dream home and our last home. When we first met John he went over all the options for us and what it would be like seeking a new home and selling at the same time. We decided to wait a year and hope by 2021 a home for our family would pop up. Well 2 weeks later after meeting John a wonderful beach home became available and Small world it was with his office. I called John right away to schedule a viewing of the home and he got right on it. We saw the home in two days, made our offer and with in a day our offer was accepted.

John made home buying as peaceful and stress free as much as he could. He was responsive to calls, texts and emails. He’s that kind of person you can reach out to anytime of the day and he’s there for you.

This week we finally sit in our forever home, I couldn’t be more great full for all that he did for my husband and I. Thank you for everything.
