Prior to meeting Original Real Estate we were frustrated because we couldn’t sell the house. It was scary because we didn’t know what we were going to do. We were wondering if it was ever going to sell. We wondered what we were missing here? Zach approached us and he was so personable, made us feel comfortable. It was a scary thing at first because I had never heard of someone buying a property like that before. I was a little afraid to even tell my daughter that I had Zach come over. We did our homework and read reviews online so that made us feel comfortable. If there was ever a time that a buyer had a life event and couldn’t move forward with purchasing the property, I never had to worry about the mortgage being paid. I shouldn’t have worried about it, but I did. Sue was always an email or a phone call away to reassure me that everything was going to be alright. You followed through and kept all payments current during that time. That was when I knew that things were going to go smoothly and they did. Now that it is 100% done, I am going to treat myself and buy a new car. I currently drive a 2005 Toyota with 230,000 miles on it. I love my car but I’m ready for a new one!

“Little bit of a unique situation. We had previously talked with Chris about another property up the road. However, we had several family members involved in that so we were not able to do a deal. Then when our primary residence sold we immediately thought of your company for this additional investment property that we owned.
