My wife and I went through a lot of BS only to get told 2 days before closing that my wife’s pay is considered variable income. This is after the fact we went through title problem 2 houses and they checked everything at least 10 times. Was not told about co signer or anything else in the whole process. Very disappointing. And if you ask me underwriter are just another job title that has no purpose. It’s like dealing with politics the whole house buying process. 😱 Thanks for wasting 2 months of our time.

I was told prior to closing verbally that this company accepts biweekly payments. After closing, Bobby “couldn’t recall” that conversation. I was sent to customer service to inquire, and I was told by Bobby & customer service I could make partial biweekly payments - but they wouldn’t be applied until the full payment was made.

Fast forward a few months later & now the partial payments are being “rejected” & refunded. The new gaslighting is that partial payments are never an option & I was told that. Bank statements & emails say otherwise.

Please do yourself a favor & steer clear of this outfit. I wish I would have.
