I made an appointment with this mortgage company 3 weeks ago, I showed up for my appointment on time to be told he took the day off. Which OK would not be a problem but I received no phone call letting me know and my drive was an hour each way. Very unprofessional. I had made the appointment with you not anyone in the office I could have walked in for that. I stand by when I say a phone call would have been the appropriate response when a specific appointment is made for a person, and then hence it would have been my choice to proceed with the others or reschedule with you. No worries I have an appointment set up Monday in Clark's summit with another company. Take care

He tried getting other mortgages through other banks. They dragged there feet and had us jumping through hoops for months just to find out we were not approved. We got referred to Kevin we called and spoke with him on a Monday he told us what we had to do and we did it. The following day ( Tuesday) we were pre approved and we were closing on our new home in less then 30 days!!! Kevin knows people and is there to help. If he can't get you approved he'll tell you what to do and keeps working with you to get it..I highly recommend Kevin and his professional attitude.

Jackie from Summit mortgage was a great to work with she was quick and efficient. You email her about any question you have about a house she was quick to respond with a closing cost sheet and would also let you know if you could or couldnt purchase due to structure or location.
