Absolutely horrible we emailed to confirm my wife would be added to the deed and she was not at the time of closing. To add insult to injury kerri blamed the title company and was clearly her mistake. We are all human and make mistakes . But summit mortgage chose to blame the title company. Would not recommend

Kerri is amazing! She worked with us to find us the best option for our loan. She stayed in contact well and went through everything in detail since I had never bought a home before.
