As a first time home buyer, I had to search and reach out multiple different mortgage brokers and most of them were kind and supportive. Considering it is related to their sales performance and their direct merit, it is certainly natural. What makes Hayden differentiated from others was his sincere attitude and patience to repeat multiple times to educate me. I felt that he is truly trying to be in my shoes and to make sure that I understood what is going on and where we are are in the mortgage process. He also did not hesitate to compare the mortgage estimate from different broker/bank item by item. He was really patient with me and I felt totally comfortable to ask him any question I have in this anxious process. Most of all, everything was so fast including his response, action, and the time to get mortgage approval. All I needed was to confirm just 2 weeks before the closing. I might not say the mortgage interest was the lowest from Hayden’s, but I believe it was well spent money for higher quality service, and potentially for long term reliance. I am certainly open to work with him again and highly recommend him especially to the first time home buyer. Finally, he is FLUENT in both in Korean and English. Sometimes, the language in this finance world is not familiar to me whether it is English or my own mother tongue. He again, kindly explained them whatever the easiest way to me.
