When I first moved in this apartment. It was awful and nasty due to the ppl that lived here prior. I looked at it. They fixed it and replaced the things I wanted. So that was fine. After a year of being in this apartment they are beginning to get slack on fixing things. My air unit leaked for three months. I know we are all living through a pandemic but when you actually have it........you don't want to have to worry about being evicted because you can't go to work to pay bills. I just feel that you should have a lil compassion for your residents. Come pressure wash the buildings. I pay way to much money to live this way. Unfortunately there are no open places to go. Do better make your residents want to stay.

Do not rent from them. The storage side may be fine but you are better off living in a cardboard box than living in any of their properties. My heating unit was “condemned” and i didn’t have heat for a week in the coldest part of winter because they dragged their feet about getting in touch with the owner of the property. Final straw was when I had bats on the property (two got into the house in one week) and I had to independently call the local “critter gitter” to deal with it. When I called Carolina people to look at it, they just sent out their on call “handy man” who said there were no bats. Yeah, right. I ended up having to move out and lost my entire deposit for breaking contract even though I only moved out because of a problem they refused to fix, about three weeks before my lease ended anyway. Granted this all happened several years ago, but I have heard nothing good about them since. Just seriously do whatever you can to not rent from them. I don’t even know how they got 2.9 stars. They deserve zero.

Rude. I closed my storage because I was done needing it. They continued to charge me 4 months later; I recieved my first call ever from them saying I had $235 balance and they're sending it to collections...Tried to explain myself he said "there's nothing I can do about that" and hung up. Go to Monster self storage my family member loves them!!!

Awesome place to store your stuff. Rent is very reasonable and they are there to help you if you ever need anything. I have been very pleased and have been with them for a couple years now
