We were looking to move to the Lake Greenwood area with eventual goal of getting a house on the lake. Eric at TLC was very patient and helpful showing us condos and houses in and around town. As we lived 800 miles away, he would even go so far as to take videos of potential places to save us time. He suggested that we work with Kristen for lakefront property so we worked with both of them at the same time. Kristen was very knowledgeable about the property on and areas surrounding the lake, telling us about issues that we may not have been aware of. We have worked with other realtors in the Greenwood area over the last decade, some were very rude, some refused to return my calls, some are simply unethical people I would never do business with. TLC is a small firm so you get personal attention and we got the feeling that they cared about their clients. We would recommend using Kristen and TLC
